Ballito Mega-Mall Approved

KwaDukuza Municipality has given the R1.4bn Ballito Junction mega-mall the green light.

The municipality approved the site development plan this week for the 65 000 square meters mega-mall project which will see the existing Ballito Junction being extended by more than six times its current size into a world-class regional shopping destination at the entrance to Ballito.

The construction of the mall is set to take 24 months and scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2017.
