Booking Notes

Please note that there is an additional booking fee of R550.00 and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night’s stay. As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, they require fingerprint access. Simbithi Eco Estate charges a R420 admin fee and R230 per fingerprint access. Please note, not all guests require fingerprint access – only the guests who will be driving. This is deducted from your refundable breakage deposit. Please note that check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. If your booking is NOT paid in full and we have not received your forms + certified ID, we are not permitted to hand-over keys.
